    Coconut Grove –  Enjoy high energy, Caribbean funk tunes by MAMA FUMA, Friday October 14th from 7 to 9 p.m. EST. Admission is $20 for adults, $15 for members of The Barnacle Society, $10 for children ages 6 to 12, and free for children 5 and under. Picnics, blankets, lawn chairs and flashlights welcome. No pets, please.

    Caribbean Funk meets southern Rock with a side of Mojo. MAMA FUMA is the collaborative groove child between Bassist Ariel DLP and vocalist Nikki Guerra. An homage to their musical influences, MAMA FUMA delivers high energy grooves and feel-good mashups with twice the funk and all the soul. 

    The Barnacle Historic State Park is administered by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and events are sponsored by The Barnacle Society, Inc., a non-profit organization created for the preservation and financial support of this historic site.     Coconut Grove –  Enjoy hot swing rhythms by The French Horn Collective, Friday November 11th from 7 to 9 p.m. EST.     The French Horn Collective plays a fusion of diverse musical styles. Based on Gypsy Jazz, and some New Orleans and Latin world music Influences, the band mixes some classic French Standards and Original French Compositions with a hot swing rhythm, often mixed with some electro sound and Miami Latin classic bolero heritage. The French Horn Collective is an ensemble of world-class vocalists and instrumentalists who accompany leader, Vincent Raffard, a.k.a The French Horn. Active since 2012, the band performs festivals and concerts around South Florida, Belgium, Paris, Argentina, Puerto Rico, New York and California.

Yoga By The Sea


Every Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm-7:45pm

Yoga by the Sea offers restorative yoga in a natural setting, free from pesticides, traffic exhaust fumes, and bustle from modern life. Participants are invited to breathe and stretch on the grassy lawn beneath the open skies. Set your intentions to begin a tranquil practice with us here.

Bring your yoga mat and enjoy a session of Hatha Yoga with instructor Gabby Goldbaum in the calm oasis of The Barnacle.

Price is $15/class, $65/5-class pass, and includes parking at The Barnacle.
